Nataliya Kharmats has been professionally active in the area of personal injury law since 2002.  Ms. Kharmats’ litigation practice has expanded beyond an intensive P.I. docket, to include immigration law, business disputes, and real estate transactions. 

Ms. Kharmats graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston Honors College, receiving a B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in History.  In 2006, Ms. Kharmats was awarded the Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Houston Law Center, and was subsequently admitted to the State Bar Of Texas.  Ms. Kharmats is fluent in English and Russian.  As such, her practice includes a substantial client base of individuals from Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
