Stephen Kang started his law practice in San Diego, CA, working with mainly international companies in the shipping and construction industries. Later he moved to Houston, Texas, and joined Jones Roland & Young representing oil & gas industries.

In 1999, forming Young & Husain PLLC near the Galleria center of Houston, Texas, he handled mergers & acquisition cases for Korean, Indonesian and European companies often concentrated in the energy and petrochemical fields.

Currently he travels between California and Texas and manages the Young & Husain Orange County office.

*On the board of directors for Gulf Technology Ltd. and ECIR California Collections Inc.

*Represented Aalborg Industries and DaeKyung Technos in the power plant industry.

*Represented deals involving Fluor Corporation, Hyundai Heavy Industries and Siemens for plant constructions in Korea

*Currently also an advisor to the WPTI Los Angeles Condo Developments LLC
